Being a teacher these days is easy for many, but for those who love this profession does not seem so simple, especially if we are to achieve an efficient performance in the Communications Department, as children, teens and now have other concerns, needs and interests related to the age of information and cyberspace. This has brought to mind the urgency of revising the National Curriculum Design (DCN). The immediate urgency, it is obvious, is to help children and adolescents to climb the steps of knowledge, as well as to develop their skills, abilities and realize their comprehensive training. In addition, the items proposed in the DCN are very elementary, but if the teacher has no vocation and especially does not enjoy what you teach fails to strengthen and develop the long-awaited communicative competence.
The teaching service must also have developed certain skills to successfully carry out activities that lead to demonstrate capacity, efficiency, expertise and leadership to conduct workshops such as journalism, radio, theater, video-forum, poetry and others.

worth mentioning also that has been said on many occasions that the cornerstone of Peruvian education is the lack of reading habits, which translated into the classroom is the lack of comprehension, that means not just the fault of the teacher Communication Area, this is also the responsibility of everyone. If we talk about school, we would be referring to the teachers from different areas and levels of Basic Education. It should be emphasized that to be a teacher today must have prerequisite reading habits.
reflect and take awareness of the role that we have had to make in today's knowledge society. It's time to do work while showing sincerity and commitment to ourselves, with our students and of course, with our country.
